“Purchasing a home in the bay area from out of the area so I couldn't be there for the inspections. My realtor was and the lead inspector Eric advised him that if I had any questions and wanted more info he'd be happy to talk to me. I've called the main office and left two voicemails for Eric on the direct number I was given for him, no call back. This forced me to remove contingencies despite having some questions about the severity of some issues that were noted in the inspection. I can't recommend this company since once they have your money and perform the inspections, there's no desire to provide even basic customer service.”
