“I was a Buckaloo's customer starting in 2019. Everything was great from 2019 to 2021. The it went down the toilet in 2022. I pre-paid for the year, 7 treatments, for over $300. January, no one came to treat our lawn, called them and they said someone would come out. February... still no treatment, called and they said someone would come out. March... still no treatment, called, same old answer "someone will be out", nobody came. May, I had had enough and basically fired them because they didn't hold up their end of the contract. They did refund my money even though they said they didn't have to according to the contract. Then 2 days later got a call from I guess the "boss" wanting to make things right. I told him "nope, you had your chance". Went with another company and have been very satisfied. I do t know what happened in 2022but they really screwed the pooch. I DO NOT RECCOMEND!”

“I called to cancel my service and was told hi had to wait for the contact to be up and that they wouldn't charge me anymore. She said my call isn't in their system so i will have to pay the 2 months past my contract. I told her i would pay when i could as this was not budgeted for. She told me 30 days, they'll send me to collections unless i work something out. I told this is me telling you i can't pay this right away. She didn't work with me. Again said i would be sent to collections in 30 days. I will never use this service again, as i wasn't totally pleased in the first place with my yard, but i was in a contract so...”

“Very friendly. Come when they say they're coming. Return to take care of any weed outbreaks when asked (which is very seldom). I've used the big companies and I've stayed with Buckaloo's for a long time.”
