“Returns calls in a timely manner. Willing to work with homeowners. Knowledgeable about the bug/ant problem. Only gave 4 stars due to the 2 hour window. I waited for a call from 12 til 1:50 to see when the rep was coming. Then I called the office. He called at 1:55 saying he would be there in 5 minutes. I had an appointment and had to leave. I would have appreciated a better time line. It should be noted that it was raining at that time and the rep could have been backed up. If that was the case, I would have appreciated a call. Will use them again if there is a bug issue (hopefully not!).”
