“I called Jim in the morning concerning a yellow jacket hive that came through the wall of my kitchen. He told me his schedule was full but would do everything he could to come out the same day or early the next morning because of the severiry of the situation. He gave me advice on how to mitigate them while we waited for his arrival. He checked in with us part way through the day and made it to my house by dinner time the same day. He came in, assessed the situation, handled the situation, let us know what to expect next and went on his way. Very professional, polite and to the point. The whole appointment took about 30 minutes and we have our peace-of-mind back with minimal impact to our kitchen. And that's no bee.s.”
