“The Bug Guys truly go above and beyond. I contacted this company in the spring of 2023 after discovering a carpenter ant infestation in my shed. After a brief inquiry call with the receptionist, I was promptly contacted by Tim himself to further discuss my situation and other services I was interested in. Tim was extremely understanding of my urgency in handling the problem, as well as, being very informative on signs to look for regarding pests and the products his company uses. Tim was able to get me on the schedule within a day or two, which was amazing, considering how stressed I had become by the whole infestation. Since then, I began quarterly treatments on my property and have had no further issues. Within the first treatment, the carpenter ant activity diminished substantially. It’s been over 6 months and I have not seen any new signs of life/activity. I cannot thank this company enough for all they have done. Every employee that I have encountered has been professional, kind, attentive, and honest. I have also researched, and (in my opinion) The Bug Guys are the best bang for your buck. Mary, the company’s receptionist, is one of the most pleasant and helpful coordinators I have ever dealt with. She follows up every quarter to schedule treatments and check in with the status of my property. If I ever have a conflict with the scheduled time/date, Mary is eager to get me rescheduled as soon as possible, while still considering what works for me and my home.
