“We called to have our home treated for ants. Had to wait almost 3 weeks for an appointment. The technician showed up and did not do an inspection of our home to determine the source of where they are coming from. He wanted to spray chemicals inside our home and we declined due to having a toddler and not wanting chemicals sprayed in our house. He sprayed the exterior of our home and put “bait” inside. It made the ant problem even worse than it was before. We called back to have them come fix the issue and they tried to make us wait 2 weeks. They were able to rearrange appointments and send someone in 1.5 weeks. They sent the same technician again and his main concern was spraying the inside of our home, again. Mind you I’m 8 months pregnant and have a toddler. I told him no chemicals or bait inside our house, it only made things worse than they were. He continued to insist multiple times that he needed to spray inside our house (kitchen) in order to actually get rid of the ants. I repeatedly declined but don’t feel like he was listening. He did not do an inspection, again, even after I asked him to find the source. He told me they were coming through our windows and air duct, which he did not tell my husband the first time. He sprayed the exterior of our house and the crawl space, coated all of my plants and our personal belongings with the chemicals. And once again before he left insisted that he needed to spray the inside of our home. We feel like determining the true source of our problem was completely ignored and was only willing to be treated by spraying a blanket of chemicals on everything. Not the type of service we paid for or wished to receive.”
