I was on hold for almost 10 minutes, and when the lady (didn't identify herself) answered, she seemed involved in something else, asked me my address 2 separate times, and clarified my phone number and then started to ask for my phone number again. It's a shame, because they came recommended but I'm a stickler for good customer service.”

“I have been with Canady’s since 2021 and continued using them for annual termite inspections once I turned the home into a rental property. From that point services has been horrible. Since then there has been one termite inspection done in the last 3 years. The follow through and communication was terrible. I cancelled my services with them and will not be returning nor would I ever recommend this company to anyone. There is always an excuse and blame placed on someone else. They even tried to say since the inspection for 2024 was not done that when they come out in 2025 they would have to charge me double…a complete joke.luckily I kept all emails to show I have been trying to get the inspection done for months.”
