I am thankful that he was the one to come out and answer all questions in a way of me not knowing anything I felt competent in the information. He walked me through the pictures that were taken of the home and showed me what the termite damage looked like. It was a very smooth and timely process that I was extremely satisfied with. Throughout the process he also let me know when the team would be showing up to the home and after they did the work he also followed up behind them to make sure it was properly done which made me proud to know as a customer he was fulfilling his duty as a supervisor by checking on their work.
