“I have had service with this company since 2017. It was exceptional in the beginning. I had excellent service with Lee. Then we kept losing technicians. It improved again when Dorita took over. It was exceptional by that time we had service for two addresses. Recently we started having issues again wit reliability. I contact the manager Tim, he via text and he ignored me or the lack of dependable staff. The technicians would service at their convenience. We had both addresses 15 minutes apart in travel time. They came weeks early or late and then we had no way of planning on the time when they were coming. I arranged for the third week of the month because of work schedules. Monday was not the third week, and a person came from Raleigh. He was great but there were no arrangements to provide treatment to the second address. Tim knew zi was upset. He had a different technician to call my husband to discuss treating my second home, a home where my daughter resides and she truly needed service. We fired Dodson for poor service and no response from Tim the manager. I suppose service since 2017 was no longer important to Tim. I have arranged for service with another company. It will be more expensive. But, dependability and management accountability has failed after so many years. Pay a little more and hopefully the new companies management will care about their customers needs.”

Bryce called me a couple of days ahead to schedule a date and time to come to our home. He called again day of scheduled service to give me an ETA 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Upon arrival he provided the pest control service, asked me if I had any questions or needed any special attention to any area of the house. Very professional and personable.
