“I used Bug Hunters for years. I had used them in two houses and my business. We had repainted the inside of our house and soon after notices streaks down the walls. Some had turned brown and some just looked like water spots. We couldnt figure it out until my wife saw a bug hunter employee spraying the walls from the ceiling down. The pesticides were all over my house. On every wall. My childrens beds had chemicals coming down from the ceiling onto their pillows. upon finding out I called Scott Goodson, the owner, and he told me that he would take care of it even if that meant repainting the house. He came over with his kids and a friend and tried to clean off the chemicals by hand. Instead of using soapy water they used simple green and torched the paint on my walls. The first time they came over in the evening, as that was the best time to see the streaks, and brought dinner to eat at my dinner table instead of coming to work. Scott was in the middle of a divorce and all he could do is talk about his ex and show my wife pictures of his half naked ex. Very unprofessional and rude. The next time Scott reached out he accused me of defaming him and spreading rumors of bad work. He blocked my number when I asked him to pay for a new paint job in my house since he and his company had destroyed the pain in my house. Austin Goodson took over talking to me. He was very nice to begin with but that also soon changed. I got 2 bids to get the inside of my house painted. He wanted 2 more but could never get anyone out to bid my house. When I told him I was going to have the first of the two bids paint my house he stated he wanted to again get bids. when I asked how long it was going to be before they were able to paint he said 6 months. I ended up in a legal battle with them. I had my house painted and it cost me $15,000 plus legal fees. I ended up getting my paint costs back but never the legal fees. so much for taking care of the customer. We were very loyal even after his employees put mouse poison in the wrongs traps and my dog ate 4 blocks. For my troubles and time they reimbursed us the medical bills in services instead of writing a check. I think we gave them every possible chance multiple times. I am sure they will get on and try to dispel all of this but i have the legal documents to prove it all. I would never recommend their services to anyone. Also as a business owner I support local businesses. The goodsons go out of town to buy all of their cars and whatever they think they can save 2 cents on.”
