“Had a scheduled appointment for August 21 between 2 and 4 pm with the Yulee Fl branch. No one showed or called to reschedule on the 21st. Called on the morning of Tuesday the 22 nd to verify appointment was on 21st and was advised it was. Was told they would contact the techican and manager to have someone call. As of this morning August 23 have heard nothing. So if getting someone out to qive a qoute is this difficult, getting a service request address most likely would be the same. Based on this experience I will be using a different company who has a customer focus business.”
