“I simply do not want to use their services anymore and asked them to please stop charging my card. The first two times I called they said my card would not be charged. I am now going on month 4 of them charging my card, the next few times I called to see what the heck is going on, they tell me Josh will call me because I want to cancel within my first year. The front desk has no answers for me, Josh has still not called me, I told them I would pay a cancellation fee since I wanted out of the plan early. I have made it very clear that I don’t want to use them and yet they continue to charge my card and won’t let me cancel. Horrible customer service, they say they have been to my house and sprayed recently. Tech left nothing saying he was actually there. I would never use this company in the future. They are going to try and trap you in some silly/ expensive contract and not even offer decent service. I would leave zero stars if I could.”
