They came out to do work on our property as we were having issues with voles.. we hadn't had any activity in over 1 week and the technician was honest that maybe we should wait to do the treatment to see if we still had an issue... this was a breathe of fresh air after another company had come out to look and was trying to get us to pay double what Bug Zapper quoted, even though they also knew we weren't seeing any activity recently. They just seem like nice, honest folks who just want to help and we are so happy we found them should we have any issues in the future.”

“I would not and can not recommend this company to anyone. From miscommunication to telling us we are wrong, it has been a bad experience and to quote them "this has gotten worse since we've been out here" Trying to deal with rats, they told us we had rat monitoring stations. County pest control guy told us those were for mice, we thought they were for mice, they look like they are for mice. Bug Zappers told us no we have rat stations and were adamant. Turns out they had a fire at a warehouse and didn't have enough rat monitoring stations so those were in fact for mice. Was recently told as the problem has gotten worse that we should have started with traps and not monitoring/bate stations. I think all stations were replaced with traps but I am still on the monitoring plan. They were supposed to come out weekly to check the new traps but only saw them once this month to check the "monitoring stations." I don't know what I need. I am not the expert. I expect the pest control company to be the experts and provide advice not tell me 6 months after the service started "well you should have started with.." I couldn't even tell you what traps or stations I have outside my house but I can tell you all the rats in the neighborhood moved from the greenspace next to my house to now under my front and back porches, just before winter. Card on file expired, got a text that my account was 30 days late today. Never received a call or a different invoice in the mail. Called to cancel, and the lady starting telling me rodent season was coming up.. If only I had a service for the past 6 months to help before winter.. The once place they have moved since starting this service is under my house. They don't know if I have traps or monitoring stations and I haven't heard from them in two months when I called crying on the phone to just get the situation under control and manageable.”
