“Tried to book for a basic quote to have my house sprayed twice but no one ever came. First time I booked out two weeks from calling and they told me they’d be there around 1, no window given. I called them day of at 1:50 to say I had to be somewhere soon and if they forgot and they acted like I should’ve known they have a five hour window when that was never conveyed to me. They rescheduled me out another two weeks. I am a very organized person, I wrote both of these appointments in my day planner with associated times and who I spoke with each time. I called again today as I am at the end of the five hour window they supplied and they are trying to tell me it was for a week from now and I got it wrong. I called pointe pest control, they told me exactly how much my house spray would cost and said they’d be out tomorrow. Cancelled with this place for the random appt they gave me next week. They never even sent any communication to confirm bookings.”
