“About 45 minutes on 2/17/2026 ago a Service guy from BURN’S PEST ELIMINATION serviced my apartment thoroughly. Then and without smiling he told me twice not to lick the pesticide off the walls! This was uncalled for, derogatory,disrespectful and racist! I’m not an animal so why was there a need for the guy to say this to me? I told my apartments I did not ever want this person/ company to service me again! Unprofessional, rude and racist.. I’m black and he was white! Does this company tell all the black clients not to lick the pesticide off the wall? Never again!!”
