“Previous 5 Star Customer and was happy. However, 5 Star sold out to Arrow Exterminating, a National brand. I was not happy with the Arrow service for the last 2 years. I had 14 straight years of 5 star service to compare it to. so when it was time for my 10 year renewal and major preventative whole house treatment, I cancelled their service. They seem more interested in up-selling bait-traps & other services I did not want. Not impressed when they came out. Never had that problem with 5 Star.”

“They go above and beyond to alert me of any issues with my home, even sometimes ones that do not involve pest control, so that I can attend to them. I feel like they treat me like family, looking out for any problems. ?? In more detail: They let me know about termites, rodents etc even though they were spraying for just scorpions. Showed me where they were, and now I am getting everything treated as needed. They also told me about a water leak in my house while doing a termite inspection!! I would have never known.”
