“Now newbys pest control. I do not recommend. They seemed great at first. They spray thoroughly on the first visit. I paid for 2 visits up front as required after the initial spray. I had black widows back after 4 days. They said they would call me the next day to schedule. They never called. It took me 4 phone calls to get the second spray scheduled. They could only come when I wasn’t home. They did such a great job the first time, that I trusted them to come spray. I voiced several area where new webs were forming when I scheduled and they said they would take care of it. I have cameras and noticed that they didn’t spray those areas and the webs were still undisturbed. I figured I would just call them and they would come spray the areas they missed. Not that easy…. They weren’t willing to just come out and demanded video footage and they still wouldn’t guarantee coming out. I just decided I was working way too hard to get them to come out and this was over multiple phone calls because they had to talk to other people and call back hours later. I told them they could come see all the undisturbed webs and I could show them the footage. They were unwilling and very rude. I’m very frustrated that I already paid for this service and communicated my concerns for this specific areas before they even came. Don’t trust how little reviews they have. I’m sure they just delete their bad reviews. The photos are after they supposedly sprayed these areas.”

We have a fire pit that always requires a little more attention because black widows love the rocks. They are very thorough.”
