“I found them in Yelp and scheduled a quote inspection. They came on a Monday & said they will email me a quote the next day. Didn’t receive a call or email. I followed up that Friday & they said they will send a quote the following Monday. It is now Wednesday the next week & still have not received a quote for Bird Control. Even if they offered their services for free, I would not trust they can do a good job just from their lack of communication & follow up.”

“I didn't use this company but witnessed first hand how when asked to inspect for termites in a house my friend wanted to buy and she told them if the house had termites she didn't want to buy it and they told her the house was good to go and there were no termites! So she bought the house and within a month and a half there were termites found in a complete hollowed out door! So she had to call them up to fumigate the house! She then contacted them to have them replace the door that caved in from the outside! They are giving her a run around like crazy! The guy came out to take a look at the door to get measurements and that was over a month ago and he came and dropped off a temporary door which took like 2 weeks and then he said he would be back the next morning to put it on and still has not showed up and that was almost 2 weeks now! Everytime she contacts him he take long to respond and always has an excuse why he hasn't come out!!! I live the house in question here!! I would never recommend their business to anyone!!!”
