“Trespassed on my property (just walked into the back yard, opening a closed gate, and started taking things without knocking on the front door or any communication) and when I told them to leave they said they had a contract with the previous owner of the house and were told (by the previous owners) that they did not have to announce themselves. But I am the homeowner and have been for over 8 months. I had to become very direct instructing them to leave as they were refusing to do so. It was escalating to the point of forced evacuation. Truck is B1302 SC / 90641. Date was today around 9am. When I called the the company the person answering the phone was extremely rude - the manager then tried to turn it on me saying that they had sent many mailings about this and that it was me who never responded (to a service I was completely unaware of and that was contracted with the previous owners - I probably thought it was junk mail if they did send anything). I did not have a contract with them and am under no obligation to provide access to my property - they should have worked that out with the previous owners, whom they had a business arrangement with. Highly unprofessional, rude, and improper business practices (trespassing). To Carolina Pest Management - never contact me again or visit my property - you do not have my permission.”
