“We have been using Value Pest for several years, with satisfactory results from the pest control part of the business. The technicians will usually make note of anything else they observe while at my house. This time a couple of their observations were questionable. One being that our dirt based deck needs to be sealed. (?) We don’t have a dirt based deck. We have a screened in porch with a concrete and brick foundation. Another observation was that the dryer vent was broken under the house and blowing stuff out under the house. The dryer vent is on the outside of my house; not underneath in the crawl space. We have a brand new dryer hose. The old one was laying on the ground in the crawl space. So, there’s that.”

“We usually have the same serviceman and he is so polite and thorough I truly appreciate him. He knows I run a daycare (so we don't get inside services most of the time) and makes sure to check in/let me know he's there before he starts going around the exterior of the home so I can ensure that the dogs are locked inside the house and kids are inside as well (no escapees lol). He also asks if there have been any problems or pest activity since the last visit. After every visit we always double check the fence gate to make sure it is closed before we let the dog have backyard access again-the gate has been closed and securely latched every time. We have had the best year ever thanks to them. No wasp nests were allowed to grow and waterbugs/roaches have practically vanished and we have heavy vegetation areas outside that they love. I will not be giving up my ValuePest services!”
