“This company in Ventura is no longer Casner but was purchased by a different owner and is now Caswest. The new business will not stand by their warranties. We are well within our existing warranty and have attempted to get them to re-treat an area in our home however when we have scheduled on three different occasions they have not shown up. They now no longer answer the phone or respond to our messages.”
