“PLEASE get your dates and times right! The first time this happened I thought it was a genuine mistake, but then it happened again, and again and again. I spend all this time prepping my home for the treatment just for no one to show up. It is an enormous waste of my time! I then try calling multiple times and no one picks up. It’s such an inconvenience and quite frankly annoying, since I have places to be. Update: They booked me for a day they weren’t even working. Here I am waiting for someone to come, calling and calling, just for their voicemail to change up and say that they are not open. Apparently they had me booked for the following week, but when that day came they told me I was booked for last week. This is not how you should be running things…”

“If I could give zero I would. We are currently in the middle of an escrow with a VA buyer who needs termite clearance as a condition of their loan. Tri-County had us on the books for an appointment on the books for 5/26. I received a call about two hours prior to the inspection that the inspection could no longer be at the appointment and that the next available appointment was not until 6/1 at 9:30 am. Because they have a contract with the homeowners Association, we had no choice but to reschedule. The inspector did the inspection and told the agent that the report would be release once payment ($90) was received. That was not the case… The payment was received the day of the inspection; however, the inspector took off for the weekend and did not turn the report in. We were told that they have up to 10 days to issue that report. I was then told that they would put a rush on the report and hopefully get it back to the buyer on Monday…. If you are a real estate professional I do not recommend using this company unless you want to jeopardize your buyer’s purchase due to being out of contract for inspection contingencies. There is no way I would ever trust this company to do a buyer inspection.”
