“Hired for mole treatment, may as well flushed $900 down the toilet. I hired Catseye for mole treatment and if anything the moles are more active now than before. 24 hours after the first treatment the moles left my mulch beds and began moving across the lawn. so I called and they came back for a 2nd treatment. It seemed like as the technician was pulling out of the driveway the moles just moved more and more into the lawn. So I called and asked the reception what we should do and she said a manager would call me. That was last week. I did not get a call so I called back and I was told again a manager would call me. I did not get a call. Meanwhile the moles are mocking me eating up more of my yard and ruining my lawn. I called again today once again was told a manager would call me. Still no call from a manager. I need to know are there things we could do differently or other treatments. Do I have super moles that are immune to the carbon monoxide? The technician basically said two words when I asked him when he came out for the 2nd treatment. Before Catseye came to treat my yard I had one mole hill. Now I have a dozen (will try and add pictures). I don't blame them for making it worse, but clearly they didn't help and they didn't seem to care too much either. There has to be someone better out of there with better customer service. I cannot recommend using Catseye.”
