“I recently called Colonial for a service. The appointment date was rather "down the road" timewise but I still agreed to the date. Being the nervous homeowner I panicked and called another company that could come in a more timely fashion. So I called and cancelled my appointment and the gentleman who answered understood perfectly my needs and was quite polite. I am making a point that you are dealing with dedicated people who can see how a homeowner has to do what he has to do in "defense" of his home. Colonial did a successful hornet's nest removal for me in the Summer of 2019 and came when they said. I will consider them again in the future should their services be needed by me. This probably isn't your everyday review of a company but I hope in some way it will help you select Colonial for your pest control needs in the future.”
