“Empire takes care of the apartments I rent at. They were supposed to be doing cockroach treatments at our place and not only has the treatment done nothing to help, theres never evidence anyone actually did anything, not even glue traps down or anything, a complete joke. What kind of pest control company doesn’t monitor for activity with traps? Additionally today they were supposed to come treat (9-19-25) and my girlfriend took work off to stay home and take animals out of the place so it could be treated. She calls the leasing office at 1pm wondering where pest control is to find out the pest control technician already handed in our apartment keys and said we were all set and he never even step foot in our apartment! This place is a joke. Do not use this company they do not do adequate work.”
