“Cayce Exterminating has bonded our home since it was t in1995. I (not they) discovered termite damage in my home that appears to have happened years prior. There was also water damage from a leak in the plate brewer first and second floors. Cayce either completely missed damage and the termites quit eating on their own, or they retreated the soil and never told me or the former owner of the home that there was damage. My homeowners paid most of the damage, finding the water damage occurred first, but Cayce didn’t pay a dime. Water damage is an exclusion under their contract.
