“We have a business contract with Gregory. They do not show up for scheduled appointments, and do not notify management that they are not keeping the scheduled appointments nor to reschedule. When they do arrive, they are not prepared for the tasks at hand. With excuses such as, the equipment is broken, someone else has the needed equipment, they do not have the proper chemicals on the truck ect. We will be looking for a new service provider for our properties.”
