I reached out and no answer. How can you do business like this if you have no communication skills. Someone should have called me and said something. All red flags”

“Ever since they acquired Home Pest we’ve been having issues with this company from scheduling, payments, and maintenance which Home Pest has no issues doing. Constant payment emails even though the account has been auto pay missed schedules and when we call in no records for anything. Now recently had an appointment and the tech didn’t have all the tools he needed so had to come back the next day….ofc he didn’t show no call or text then contacted the office and “they couldn’t get in contact with the tech at the time” I’m so tired of this company we probably will be looking for new service soon.”
