“They came here less then two weeks ago, sprayed only the outside of my house. He told me his father who owned the business passed away last year so things were going on in probate court. So his son is trying to take over the business. I paid $200 for them to spray outside, they were here less then 10 minutes. I contacted him and told him I still have a bee and hornet problem and he said he would come out today and he needed 29.99 cash (for gas) for him to come back out. So I received a text message this morning and he said “ we need to reschedule because it is raining “ however lol I live in Mentor and there was absolutely NO rain!! And he has not reached back out to reschedule. I highly suggest you do NOT use them, this kid is about money only!!! Definitely not worth the money!!!! Very unhappy with their work.”
