“We have had a major mice problem, as a result of a vacant property next door to us. We’ve been using Viking and have them here like every other week for mice in the basement it’s been a nightmare. We also paid for bait boxes outside our house (they eat the bait and get thirsty from the poison and leave the house to go die). We have been so sick of the company because we haven’t been getting results. Each service person has a different idea of why they are still getting in the property and one tech said “if he could figure it out he should be a millionaire.” After months of this, I finally called another company to get an estimate. Upon closer inspection, it turns out Viking was putting snap traps in the bait boxes we paid extra for. The bait can kills dozens of mice. But they only put snaps in them- which only can kill two mice. AND they left dead mice in them from when they were here last week and didn’t change them out. In addition, we found 3 more holes in the exterior that viking techs missed. In short, Viking is not at all thorough and is inconsistent at best in their service. Plus they are more expensive and did not make cancelling easy. I would recommend going with another company.”
