“When I was researching a new pest service, and came upon Viking based off of their great reviews, which I am slowly starting to doubt. I signed up for three of their service (home care, mosquito/tick and spotted lantern flies). I will say, I WILL NOT be renewing my plan with the mosquito/tick plus spotted lantern flies next year. How is it possible that after the technician came out to spray the yard or trees depending on the treatment that I am seeing activities the next days or a week later. The kicker here is they want to charge an extra $120 for the technician to come back out to spray the yard for mosquito after already changing x amount! Save your money and be wary of these positive reviews and do more research.”

“Viking pest control is fine if you need general maintenance. They are pretty much useless at finding the source of any real problem however. Go ahead and use them for your maintenance but if you ave a real problem be prepared for disappointment. The way they operate is they send a different tech out each month who will have no clue about the on going issues and will do the bare minimum. The service managers they send out are also ineffective and do nothing to help diagnose a situation. Like I say if you just need general maintenance these guys will fit the bill but do not use them if you have a real problem that you need resolved.”
