“I saw a review saying the same problem I have with this company. Currently an ongoing process to get rid of them and go with a more reliable company. To start off, we moved into this house that the contractor had with the termite cups. Been with them since 2015, things went well as we could get them to come on the weekend, as we have a fenced in back yard. When they stopped coming on the weekends, they would treat our front porch, leaving traps on our porch chairs, and charge us the full price. This year, without telling us, they now charge us a monthly fee for the termite, and still charge us full price to spray the porch. Now trying to cancel, but they told us a manager is the only one to do it, and we can't get a hold of them. Going to now call on a daily basis to just have these people go away. If your Contractor has them, do not setup an account.”
