“Bait and Switch!! called Walker Pest Control, technician came out and inspected property quoted $517 to install their system and $27 a month (=$324) but since we had a current termite bond on our home they would wave the installation fee if we sent them our current bond. After we send them our current paperwork that would be up for renewal they said there would now be a $125 charge for an additional station and would charge $370 for the new termite bond. I would caution everyone walk away ( RUN ) ... Watch Out for the Bait and Switch!!”
