“We are giving Ted and Complete Exterminating an excellent rating because of the helpful and honest service they provided. We were concerned that some critters had set up housekeeping in our chimney. Ted inspected the chimney as well as our crawl space. We were relieved to learn that our concerns were unfounded. Because they found nothing, Complete Exterminating didn't charge us for the inspection.”

“I hate leaving bad reviews and rarely do but my experience with this company was so awful I feel compelled. I scheduled a tech to come out and when he had trouble finding my place, it's admittedly a bit tricky, rather than calmly working with me and listening, he got frustrated and refused to listen to my simple solution. He hung up on me when he thought he figured it out, then ten minutes later I received a call from their dispatcher who informed me the tech wasn't coming to the appointment. When I attempted to respond to the dispatcher he just hung up on me, I was baffled by the disrespect. This is hands down the worst customer experience I've ever experienced. Megan, another dispatcher, was the only bright spot. I absolutely don't recommend this company. Insight Pest Solutions was far better!”
