“I had intended on exclusion work for a 1600 square foot home + 1000 sq ft shop, plus fully insulating the attic and crawl space areas. After the sales rep specifically set a time I asked not to do, then we got it rescheduled, then estimator no called no showed until 4 hours later after I had confirmed twice. I will be happily taking my business elsewhere and letting others know how unreliable your service is. Unacceptable. Do not contact me with an empty apology, do better for your current clients. I will not be one of them.”
