“A couple weeks ago, I called Complete Pest Control because we saw (and heard) mice in the house (and the walls). Nico came out next day and did an incredibly thorough check of the house - no crawl space left unsearched! After his initial check, he informed me we had mice AND rats! He explained the signs he saw, how long they were there, and how they were likely getting in. He set up traps and let me know what to expect in the coming weeks (let me tell ya, he was spot on.) He came back today to clear the traps and reset everything - did another check and found a big entrance point the guys were probably using to get in. I signed up for a 12 month agreement to make sure we get Nico back out to help us reclaim our home! Thanks Nico and Complete Pest Control! (I would give 6 stars if I could)”
