“We recently switched over to Omnis and I have not been disappointed in the least bit. We found some mice activity in our basement utility room and other rooms in the house and called them right away. We had been out of town for several weeks during the first freeze of the year. The technician, Jerry, who came out in a few days was very thorough and did a very professional inspection throughout the house to locate where the mice were getting in. After setting new traps and poison we were able to trap and kill a few more. The process of keeping them out has not been resolved yet but we are hopeful we are getting close to sealing all the entry points. I am very impressed with their customer attention and swiftness in getting the problem solved. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.”
