“Trapped in a nightmare of pests. This company has not been helpful. Awful communication and no accountability. Jason and Linda keep playing pass the buck. I cannot get any information from them, even though they have been told numerous times to give me the information. The technicians tell me one thing and their office tells me something else. The office creates reports from tech notes while leaving out facts and never seeing anything in person. Not helpful, waste of time and money.”

AJ is punctual, patient, and kind. Our tenant has mobility issues, and once he arrives, she is unable to move quickly to give him access to the building. She mentioned how helpful and respectful he's been by assisting her up and down the stairs. She appreciates and recognizes that his sincerity is genuine. Here is my feedback. We are on a rotation for scheduled visits once a month, and AJ gives me a courtesy call whenever he is ready to start his job to ensure our tenant or deacon is available to provide him access to the inside of the church and/or apartment.
