“Make sure you get them in to recheck your bait traps wthin the 90-day guarantee. Unhappy that a reinfestation a week outside the guarantee resulted in a $315 charge and inflexibility with an existing customer (I heard the cost to rebait was $100 on the phone but now that the technician is here doing the work I am told I heard wrong). I see through other reviews I am not the only one who has had this negative experience. Had planned to ask them to also handle our tick spraying services - now I will not. They made money on me today - but lost a customer.”
