“Not sure what happened with this business. Marshall had always been very responsive and kind when he came out but my experience with Heather has been different. I reached out in March about a termite issue. She went back and forth with me over email for a MONTH, kept saying she’d come out, asked me twice for my address (provided both times) and she never came or followed up. I removed my previous 5-star review.”

“Absolutely terrible service. The woman who operates the phone is rude. The owner is defensive. They do not hear out any issues or listen. When they have come to our home they have missed multiple traps with dead mice and smells that linger for over a week. When this was pointed out the owner asked "do you have pictures of the traps" I guess asking us, the client, to prove to them that we had dead pests in the house. Could not really be worse. Their regular service is a rip off because they dont keep logs of the traps they set down so they do a poor job searching for them. They have no customer care service at all. Several of the positive reviews here appear to be postedby their own staff”
