“I’ve been using Case since 2019. They have always been fantastic with both their customer service from the office as well as their technicians coming out and doing the work. In 2019 I had them install cat guard, this solved the mouse issue I had been having for a year. I hadn’t had any major problems Since then except one time three years ago I had to have them come by and remove a hornets nest. I never had any problems when I contacted them in terms of scheduling. The person that I used to speak to, Abigail, and also someone by the name of Chris I dealt with for a bit Regarding billing. We’re always both very helpful, and super responsive. In the past when I would call to have an appointment made they would be on top of it. I would actually get a scheduled appointment while I was on the phone with them. And it was always within a 24 hour. Period. They were always great to deal with. Now fast-forward to November 2024. I had a plumber do some work on an outdoor faucet, which ended up creating a hole that the plumber did not plug up before he left and therefore mice started coming in. So, I called cat eye to have a tech come by and take care of the issue. Lil did I know this would turn into a weeklong Endeavor. It would’ve probably been longer if I had not kept calling them back as often as I did, all I wanted was a technician to come by, take a look at the cat guard on the exterior to make sure that was still intact, and to plug up The hole, and to take away some dead mice that have been trapped. I called on a Monday I was told by someone named Jessica that she would send the message to the “scheduling department“, and that I would hear back from them within 24 to 48 hours?! I didn’t even hear back from them within 48 hours, I had to call them back then Jessica told me she sent it to the “cat Guard department“, no idea what that is all of these “new departments“ seem to be adding a great deal of inefficiencies rather than speeding up the process. So finally, I called back for a fourth time and insisted on speaking to somebody who could schedule an appointment to get somebody out here because I had so many mice. I could hear them all night long rattling about in my cabinets And running around all over the place in my walls. I finally got an appointment for the following Monday. The technician James that came by was absolutely wonderful, he took care of everything. Patched up a hole set new traps double check the cat guard all around the house Zero complaints about him. Again fast forward to December 2024, found one more mouse trapped in the basement so I need to have a tech come by and take a look again to see if where they might be coming in. So here starts the journey of trying to get somebody to call me back to set up a simple appointment. When I started with cat eye in 2019, I was super impressed by their quick service quick turnaround when I would call for an appointment it was on the phone that day that they gave me the appointment. None of this “I need to send this to the scheduling department“, or I need to send this to “the guard department“ I’m very disappointed. I’ve recommended them to several people over the years two of them have signed up with cat guard and one of them actually decided on having cat guard installed now I don’t feel so confident about recommending them to anyone. This last time around the person I recommended and who decided to get cat guard told the person I had recommended them and I have yet to get any type of credit on my account for the referral. The person is still waiting on the install date and they’ve also had trouble with dealing with customer service at the office.Their customer service has gone down the drain. It sounds like they’ve expanded (all these “new departments”), and perhaps they have new systems in place, but that should be no excuse for customer service to suffer. Very frustrating, I currently do have a monthly plan that I pay for but now questioning whether that’s what I Want to keep doing.”
