“Absolutely incredible team. We previously used another rodent control service with meager results. But Richland replied instantly to our request for quote, and they provided a thorough email with all the details for us to review before selecting them. When the team showed up to our house, they were friendly and quick to get right to work. They wore boot covers into our home, and instantly identified points of entry from the mice. Chris is a true hero! We've had stress from mice for years, but in just one trip from Richland we feel so relieved! They even use poison relatively safe for other animals, even if they eat the mice. Really can't say how great these guys are, so professional! Update: first follow up with Levi and we’re so impressed! Levi found so many exterior signs of rodent activity, and followed up with us to review his finds before leaving. Very helpful!”

“I had Joseph and Scott come out to help with a flying squirrel problem. The critters had a history of being in the attic, but a few days before Christmas, one found it's way into the living space of the home. Richland was able to raise the priority of my request get me in for the exclusion work almost immediately after Christmas which I hugely appreciated after the night I had! They did a thorough walkaround, explained all the different entry points and even inspected the basement/fireplace + did some exclusion work there (so that if the animals ever got into the walls again, they couldn't come into the house through the basement). It was found that while there were some possible points of entry on the roof (which they closed up), that it was more likely they were getting in on the ground level between large gaps under the siding. Everything was sealed, a 1-way door was installed, and I have not heard noises in the attic since! I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend Richland. I will update if anything comes up in the near future, but so far it's looking great!”
