“If I could leave zero stars I would. I've paid for their service since 2021 and a couple weeks ago the technician came and parked in front of my house and drove off. Caught on camera! I was charged for the service and called Customer Service and they told me they would get me a different technician and not charge me for the service seeing I was charged for the previous service that never happened! Well today I was charged for the service which I was supposed to. I spoke to the receptionist and she refused to reimburse me. The owner was supposed to call me and never did. Very poor customer service. People, watch your cameras because you're more than likely getting charged for service that didn't get done. I filed a complaint with the BBB and I'm contacting the Attorney General. Very unhappy with this Company and the way I was treated!”
