“Lyonel always communicates well, treats you with respect, is a hard worker and just overall trustworthy and a kind person. I have said it before and I will say ut again, he is the main reason we keep Cook's pest control! We have been customers for probably 10 years or more. He is someone who doesn't make you feel judged if he comes in and your house is out of order, that has been greatly appreciated since the loss of my FIL who was a Dad to me.
