“First, the positive. I don't believe you'll find a better pest control company than Cowley's. They are the gold standard and I had no issues with their quality or service. However, while I understand it's not inexpensive to run this type of business...the annual cost of maintaining a basic service contract (2-3 visits / $800) was not sustainable. The contract increased (over) $500 since inception and they offered $100 discount to stay. For that price, I'm forced to look elsewhere...although I'd rather not.”
