“I’m very surprised how high the reviews are after my recent experience. I have 5 or 6 cicada killer nests. The technicians showed up and their cell phone apparently wasn’t working well so I could barely speak with them. They sprinkled some material into the nests and gave me a $425 dollar bill. I called to verify the charge because the service didn’t match the price. I don’t think anyone would feel comfortable paying $425 for 22 minutes. I will not be using this company ever again. Photos was ring camera from when the tech parked to when the tech was leaving. I needed this taken care of quickly so I may have not listened close enough to their service fee and description of work.”
