“Unfortunately we had a mouse problem after we had some yard work done and the yard door was left open. I called Viking for help they were very informative and while we saw the issue in the kitchen and they stated they did not see an entry area for the mouse they put the traps in the laundry area my husband questioned this decision but I simply thought they knew what they were doing. The second person that came told my husband, they saw no mouse droppings and saw no mouse activity. I kept hearing things behind the stove, but thought I was losing my mind morning, I woke up early to exercise. and I clearly saw this mouse running behind our fridge and through our stove we spend the whole morning trying to figure out what to do. We have been living here for 10 years and never had this issue until after the yard work. I am upset that the traps were put in a closed off area, that we were told there was nothing and the traps were taken no follow up. Now I am contemplating of whether or not to leave the house with my two small children while this issue is handled.”
