“To keep it simple. If you have an urgent issue that you want taken care of immediately, just look for another company. I recently finished up a 3.5 month waiting period for Cramer to finish my job. Every time I would schedule someone to come out, they would cancel the day of and I would have to reschedule. When they actually showed up, they would either not be fully equipped to do the job, or quite literally do nothing, then leave. I had scheduled someone to come out, and instead of the technician showing up, the field manager came to my door to tell me he couldn’t get someone out to my house, even though I was previously on the schedule. I had told him, and showed him, what needed to be done when the technician could show up. When they did show up about a week later, the field manager and the technician stood in the front yard walking back and forth for about 5mins, then got back in their truck and left without doing anything. There is a breakdown in communication between the technicians and the office. At one point when a technician came out, he must have said the job was done (when it was not), and for about 2 months I was receiving an invoice from Cramer asking for payment. I had called and messaged several times reminding them that the job was not completed, but I still received emails asking for payment. I even had a technician come out to finish the job, and before he began, he reminded me about my payment, and then the tech proceeded to tell me that he didn’t have all the proper equipment to finish the job, and he would have to reschedule for another day to come out. When they said the job was “complete” I went out and did a check myself, because I had lost faith in this company, and I had found that it was not “complete” and after talking a technician, they said they “forgot about that one.” The amount of time I had to adjust my schedule to accommodate them coming out, and then failing to do so, and the incompetence of the field manager to get the situation straightened out, warrants this 1 star review.”
