“Rocket purchased Action Pest control and took over our service contract. Rocket inspected our prooperty in 2024 and renewed the warranty. Since then no response. When I called to follow up, their agent said the contract is canceled with no details about who canceled it. We certainly didn't. The agent promised some one from local branch will call within 24 hours. No one from Rocket called. The agent can't provide phone number of the local branch so that I can talk to them and resolve the issue.”
