“Three drawbacks: increase fees yearly, send too many texts re appointments, and always arrive before appointment time. A a widow in my late 70’s, I spend at least an hour or two preparing my house for the treatment that takes 5-10 minutes, then I have to move furnishings back in place after giving time for the spray to dry. It’s too much for me to continue at the cost of the product, my time & energy. The one positive is that the technicians are always nice and polite.”
