“Wish I could give a zero. Avoid this company as they will stress you out. Had signed up and was told in order to create a membership to give our card information. We set up an appointment but I had canceled due to us last minute taking care of an animal. We planned to set an appointment after the animal was returned but didnt want anything to due with the company anymore after a technician that I did not know nor was aware of coming came to the house and said my husband made an appointment which he did not. I was already leaving so I cancelled the “appointment” that was made. I recently found out a couple days ago that that same technician came again when we weren’t home and sprayed the outside when we werent made aware of his appearance nor him spraying. There has been ZERO contact from the manager unless i am the one to initiate it. Every email I send goes unanswered and when he answers the calls he says he will do something but will not. I have called MULTIPLE times ever since Nov 2nd for a refund since we have been charged full price plus an extra 33$ for no service being done after we were told we were only going to be charged after the service and the “service” they did was not with our permission or knowledge. The customer service reps have sent my case to the managers whoever they are and I have been told I will be contacted either in a day or two or the same day and never get called. This place is a scam and sketch. Dont waste your time nor money.”
