“I called Critter Control Tuesday October 9th right before we knew exactly where the hurricane was going to hit. The technician called me back(in 15 minutes) asked if Thursday was ok they were getting ready for the storm. He showed up early,he called first. He went right to work inspecting all the places "critters" could get in. He didn't mind me walking around with him asking dumb questions & he gave me several options I go with. I am planning on calling back, hiring him & will most likely post a glowing review. Stay tuned... DiGi”

“A nightmare. This mobile company dispatched a tech to Pensacola when I complained of a dead animal smell under my house. The tech came out and removed a dead possum from the side vent of my house. He did not crawl under the house to look for more but he assured me that he got the animal that was making the smell. After he left it continued to smell so I crawled under the house and found a dead possum. This is after paying $299. I removed that possum and asked him to come back. I was charged ANOTHER $99 for him to crawl under the house and get the remaining dead possum. When I called and complained to the manager, Heidi, she was hostile. At one point she told me she would call me back and she never did. Don't use this company. You'll regret it.”
