My tv got ruined in the process along with my microwave and other house hold stuff such as my paint is bubbling blinds were melted and ruined, every time I would call to find out what’s going on I’d get the same answer and it wasn’t anything helpful. Paid $1,500 to still have bed bugs! Don’t waist your time find a different company who can actually get rid of the problem”

“With very few exceptions, Reed (our customer service liaison) and Walker (our technician) were excellent. Reed was helpful and very responsive and Walker is straight up the best bedbug killer in Seattle. We have had a terrible time locating and eliminating bedbugs in our very old home, and Reed and Walker were very patient with us in seeking out and destroying the last of those miserable creatures. Worth every penny. UPDATE: turns out we didn’t have bedbugs after all. We had rat mites from a dead rat trapped in our attic. My review about Walker and Reed stands though—incredibly professional and thorough.”
