“This is family business and father and son showed up to help me with a termite inspection to sell my home. Another company had flagged for active but it was old matter they saw after I had old insulation removed for upcoming spray foam (Jeff Sheets for that). This costs me money I wouldn't have had to spend if the others had done their job correctly. He immediately quoted me a price much less than the other guys, and thoroughly inspected everything.
