“I would not recommend using this pest service. Fortunately, both people I spoke with on the phone during my “contract” were extremely polite which I am grateful for. However, this company does not explain the use of the contract they have you sign that binds you into their services for a whole year nor do they tell you that you have to pay them out to cancel the services. I am selling my home and asked to transfer the two remaining services I have left in my contract trying to avoid paying out the contract so that I still get the services if I am going to have to pay for them just at my new home. The company states that they cannot do any sort of transfers. They want me to pay out almost $200 worth of my contract (and not receive any services for them) to then open a whole new contract (1 year contract) at our new home. Why can’t I transfer the first contract from one home to another???? Not to mention the last time my home was serviced no one even contacted me to tell me when they were coming out to my home and I was charged on my bank account before the services were completed. Extremely disappointed, would not recommend.”
